The Manos AI Fellowship is an 8-month, founder-level program for builders who want to ship real AI products into real markets.

Not prototypes. Not research papers. Not internal tools nobody uses.

You’ll build inside the distribution of Manos Software Group, working with live portfolio companies and paying customers from day one.

What you'll build

Each cohort includes 20–24 fellows, organized into cross-functional squads of 3–4 people.

You will join one of two tracks.

Track 1: Internal AI transformation

Increase output. Ship fast.

You will embed inside a Manos portfolio company and build AI agent teams such as:

  • AI customer support (Tier 1–2 automation)
  • AI SDR / outbound sales teams
  • AI engineering copilots
  • AI marketing and growth automation
  • AI onboarding automation

Track 2: External AI products

Launch vertical AI products into real markets.

You will build and sell new products to customers already served by Manos companies:

  • Vertical AI voice agents
  • AI documentation and workflow automation
  • Industry-specific copilots
  • Embedded AI inside operational software
